Who We Are
Who We Are
Innovations Dream Hub (IDH) is a community-driven organization dedicated to youth empowerment, gender inclusion, governance, and sustainable development in Ghana. The organization traces its roots to Chereponi Youth Connect, a grassroots initiative founded by Sananu Zakaria to mobilize young people for leadership, advocacy, and community transformation.
After years of consistent assessment, learning, and growth, Chereponi Youth Connect has lead a foundation to curve and evolved into Innovations Dream Hub, a structured platform committed to transparent governance, inclusive leadership, and impactful programming.
Through our initiatives, IDH has empowered hundreds of youth and women, strengthened community participation in decision-making, and promoted accountability in local governance. We champion the integration of marginalized voices into development processes, ensuring that young people, women, and vulnerable groups are not excluded from the negotiating table.
With support from local and international partners, IDH has facilitated training programs, leadership development workshops, and advocacy campaigns that have inspired communities to embrace innovation, peace, and inclusivity. Our work is guided by a vision of a society where empowered youth and inclusive governance drive sustainable transformation.
